        I purchased this mat to help alleviate the aches and pains after chemotherapy sessions. It did a wonderful job! I would use it twice a day for 20-25 minutes each time and was amazed at how much better I felt. By using the controller to select what zones you want massaged, you can control where to massage and what strength to use (each zone has two power strengths). The heated area is on your back. Perhaps the manufacturer could make one that has heat the entire length of the pad!

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
